ABOUT US
Our Lore
We’re Anya and Maddie—lifelong friends, gymrats, and co-founders of this community built on strength, support, and showing up for yourself.
Our journey together started way back in elementary school when we were next-door neighbors. From neighborhood games to hitting the tennis courts and pushing ourselves through our high school’s summer lifting program, Bigger Faster Stronger, we’ve always bonded through movement and a shared drive to grow. We were both top of our class in high school and later went on to attend UW–Madison, where our paths stayed close—even if our fitness journeys took shape separately.
After college, we each found our own way into the gym grind, falling in love with lifting not just for the physical gains, but for the mental clarity, confidence, and resilience it brought us. In recent years, we’ve reconnected on a whole new level through our passion for fitness—swapping training splits, hyping each other up, and venting about the wins and struggles we all face in the pursuit of strength. One thing about us? We can yap about fitness all the livelong day.
That’s when it clicked: this thing we love doing? It’s powerful. It’s life-changing. And we want to share it.
We started this business to help others experience the same transformation we’ve found through movement—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our mission is to empower you to show up for yourself, build real confidence, and have a hell of a lot of fun doing it. Whether you're just getting started or looking to level up, we’re here to be your coaches, your accountability partners, and your biggest hype team.
It’s giving besties with a side of sweat.

Certified Personal Trainer, Bodybuilder
With over three years of hands-on personal training experience and a deep background in bodybuilding, I specialize in guiding clients through powerful physical and mental transformations. My coaching focuses on four key areas: bodybuilding, strength training, hypertrophy, and fat loss. I don’t just help clients build muscle or burn fat—I coach lasting behavior change, mindset shifts, and sustainable habits that lead to real results. My approach goes beyond reps and routines: I focus on empowering individuals to shift their mindset, build discipline, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or aiming to push past a plateau, I tailor every plan to support your unique goals and lifestyle. My mission is simple—help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself, inside and out.
My fitness journey began not with a desire to change how I looked, but with a need to heal. I’ve grown up playing sports and being active all my life, however, after years of battling eating disorders, restrictive dieting, binge eating, and depression, I made a decision that changed my life: I no longer wanted to be the smallest version of myself—I wanted to be the strongest.
Bodybuilding became my outlet, my therapy, and eventually, my passion. Through lifting, I rebuilt not just my body, but my mindset. I learned to fuel myself, not punish myself. Overcoming binge eating was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, and today, I’m proud to say I’m in prep for my first bodybuilding show—a dream I’ve been working towards for years.
When I’m not training for my next bodybuilding competition, you’ll find me out on a hiking trail, getting lost in a new painting, or enjoying quality time with my family and pets. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with a minor in Disability Rights and Services, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. My true passion lies in continuous growth—diving deep into the worlds of fitness, mindset, and personal development.
With experience as both a personal trainer and a Clinical Family Specialist, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages and abilities. My fitness space is a judgment-free, inclusive environment where everyone is welcome and supported.
Now, as a certified personal trainer and online fitness coach, I help others find their strength too—mentally and physically. My mission is to guide others through their own transformations, showing them that healing is possible, and strength is so much more than what you see in the mirror.

Certified Personal Trainer, Gym Rat, Professional Hype Woman
For the past three years, I’ve been showing up in the gym five days a week—not just to build strength, but to regain my sense of self. My fitness journey started from a deeply personal place: after losing my dad to cancer, I felt completely lost and for a while, I didn’t know how to move forward. I turned to the gym as a way to heal. The gym became my outlet, and ultimately, my launching pad back into purpose and confidence.
Through this journey, I’ve learned that fitness isn’t just about hitting a number on the scale or chasing short-term goals. My philosophy is that building systems that work—habits you can actually stick with—is what leads to lasting transformation. It’s about feeling good in your body and creating a routine that empowers you to keep showing up.
I’m especially passionate about working with anyone who feels intimidated by the gym and people interested in longevity and feeling good in their body long-term. You don’t have to know everything or have it all figured out—you just need someone in your corner. And i’m your girl for that.
I’ve also spent a year working in an assisted stretching studio, where I deepened my knowledge of mobility, flexibility, and long-term injury prevention. I’ve been an athlete all my life—softball, tennis, cross-country skiing, boxing—and more recently, I’ve helped coach adapted sports through Special Olympics. These days, I’m really into calisthenics and coaching my dog through her own weight loss journey- one run at a time!
Outside the gym, I hold a B.S. in Consumer Behavior from UW-Madison, with certificates in Entrepreneurship and European Studies. I work in sales, and when I’m not lifting, you’ll find me cooking meals for friends and family, diving into personal development books, learning about personal finance, or getting creative.
My training philosophy is rooted in self-love, balance, and resilience. I believe fitness should be something that supports your life, not something that adds stress. For me, the gym was the thing that pulled me out of some dark waters, and now as an online fitness coach, I help others unlock that same strength within themselves.
